You will receive a cordial welcome when you are admitted to our clinic for treatment. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.
Clients, family members, friends, and medical experts can all refer new patients. We will ensure that our team is ready to receive you once the booking is confirmed.
You will get to know our medical staff once you get to our centre and you will be shown around so you can get to know everything about it. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. First 24 Hours Upon Admission
On the first 24 hours of your admission, we will prepare everything for your first meeting with your detox specialist.
Your medical and psychological treatment needs will be assessed during this first and important step. A complete detox program will be authorized if needed. The detox will then be conducted and administered under stringent procedures by our medical health experts.
A psychiatrist will call attention to any aspects of your treatment that need expert attention and make suggestions. It's crucial to us that all your treatment requirements are fulfilled for the duration of your stay an so we'll make sure that anything that's suggested or stressed is integrated into your customised treatment plan. Your treatment programme shall be regularly evaluated by our specialists, medical director and staff, to make certain that you are able to obtain quality care possible always.
As soon as your evaluation has been concluded our kind staff members will assist you to get comfortable. Our personnel is always available to talk to and encourage you since we know how stressful and scary this experience can be for many patients.
